Onsite registration will begin on Sunday, September 21 starting at 3 p.m.

Monday - Wednesday, registration will start at 7 a.m. Continental breakfast will be provided.

Conference sessions will be held at the following times:

                   Tuesday, 8 a.m.–4:30 p.m.
                   Wednesday, 8–11 a.m.

Monday includes overview topics and emerging operating experience

Tuesday and Wednesday sessions will feature interactive discussion on fire protection program implementation experience and focused technical topics

NEI will host a welcome reception Sunday from 6–8 p.m.

Lunch will be provided by NEI on Monday and Tuesday.

Cancellation Policy

Please ensure that your registration form is received by September 7, 2014.  Registrations received after that date may not appear on the final participants list. 

A $75 cancellation fee will be applied to all refunds received on or before August 21, 2014.  Unfortunately, refunds cannot be provided for cancellations received after August 21, however, we would be pleased to accept a substitute.

Prior to or upon check-in, a one-night's room and tax charge will be billed to your credit card as a deposit. To guarantee a room at this rate, you must make your reservation on or before August 21.  Rooms at the group rate may become unavailable before the cut-off date.  After this date the price and room availability are at the discretion of the hotel.

Hotel cancellations must be made by 4 p.m. two days prior to scheduled arrival to avoid a room charge.
