Delivery Information: Domestic orders will be shipped via UPS ground or first-class surface mail. Please allow one week for delivery of U.S. orders. International customers, please allow two weeks for delivery. Expedited shipping is available for an additional fee; please contact the Publications Office for more information.

Shipping for All Sales: For domestic shipping costs, you will only be invoiced for the most recent UPS or FedEx weight rate, there will be no handling costs or mark-up on shipping. Before invoicing, NEI will contact you via phone or e-mail to inform you of these costs and your shipping tracking number. International costs will depend on the method used for shipping.
