Make your hotel reservation directly with the hotel and identify yourself as an attendee of NEI to secure the room rate of $169.  You can also make your reservation online (The conference code has already been added.  Just enter your arrival and departure dates).  

A small group of government-rate rooms has been reserved and are available to those attendees who qualify.  To guarantee a room and these rates, the reservation must be made on or before April 10, 2010. 

The room rate will be available until the cutoff date or once the block is full.  After this date the price and room availability are at the discretion of the hotel.  The room rate may be available three days prior and three days after the meeting based on availability.  Hotel cancellations must be made 72 hours prior to scheduled arrival to avoid a room charge.

Check-in is 3 p.m. and checkout is noon.

Conference Information

Registration will begin each day at 7 a.m.
Continental breakfast will be provided. Conference sessions will be held at the following times:

• Tuesday, 8:30 a.m.–5:30 p.m.
• Wednesday, 8:30 a.m.–5 p.m.
• Thursday, 8:30 a.m.–noon

NEI will host a Welcoming Reception on Tuesday at 6 – 7:30 p.m. at McCormick & Schmick’s. 

Please note that the starting times may be adjusted by 30 minutes. This page will be updated when the conference times are finalized.

NEI will provide lunch on Tuesday and Wednesday.

Business casual attire is appropriate.
 

Travel Information

Aiport:
Baltimore Washington International Airport (BWI) is approximately 12 miles from the Baltimore Marriott Inner Harbor.

Taxis from the airport to the hotel cost approximately $23 one way. The Baltimore Airport Shuttle is available upon request.  Call 410.336.2828 for reservations.

Guest Parking is $20 for self-park per night.
