During this workshop the SAFER Team will present the results of the pilot plants’ playbook development and tabletop drills. Additionally the SAFER Team will present the generic response plan templates, etc., to the industry for final comments prior to issuing.
WHO SHOULD ATTEND?
Utility representatives responsible for response plan development and staging area selection, at a minimum, should attend.

Please ensure that your registration form is received by June 3, 2013. Registrations received after that date may not appear on the final participants list.
A $75 cancellation fee will be applied to all refunds received on or before May 20, 2013. Unfortunately, refunds cannot be provided for cancellations received after May 20, however, we would be pleased to accept a substitute.

Make your hotel reservation directly with the hotel and identify yourself as an attendee of NEI to secure the room rate of $199. A small group of government-rate rooms has been reserved and is available to those attendees who qualify. To guarantee a room and these rates, the reservation must be made by May 17, 2013. After this date, the price and room availability are at the discretion of the hotel.
Hotel cancellations must be made 72 hours prior to scheduled arrival to avoid a room charge. The room rate may be available three days prior and three days after the meeting, based on availability. Check-in is 4 p.m. and checkout is noon.

Airport: Baltimore Washington International Airport
Shuttle Service: Take advantage of our Super Shuttle service to drive you to our downtown Baltimore airport hotel. Pick-up is every 30 minutes at the ground transportation desk (baggage claim areas 3, 4 and 5). Look for the blue vans with yellow lettering saying Super Shuttle.

Taxi: Service is available on a first come, first serve basis from the lower level curb of all terminals. All taxis are metered. Approximate cost from Baltimore-Washington International Airport to Hyatt Regency Baltimore is $35.00.
Local Public Transportation: Our hotel near Baltimore airport is conveniently located only four blocks from the Metro subway system and only three blocks from the Lightrail. BUS-MTA picks up right outside the hotel, making it easy to explore the area. Stop by the Concierge desk for maps and schedules.
Parking: Self-Parking for overnight guests is $28.00 per day and valet parking is $40.00 per day. Rates include in/out privileges.
