North American Young Generation in Nuclear (NAYGN)

Grand Hyatt Washington
Washington, D.C.
May 12-14, 2013

The 2013 North American Young Generation in Nuclear (NAYGN) annual workshop will be held May 12-14, just prior to the Nuclear Energy Assembly in Washington, D.C. The theme for this year's workshop is "Securing the Future of Nuclear: Safety, Technology and Leadership."

More than 400 NAYGN members are expected to attend the 2013 conference to learn more about the technology, regulations, and leadership skills that keep the nuclear industry safe, vibrant and growing.  Participants will choose from specially developed breakouts to help young professionals from all sectors of nuclear science and technology prepare to be future leaders.

This year there will be two special interactive activities. First, attendees will have the opportunity to participate in a special team-building activity on Monday afternoon. Then on Tuesday, attendees will have an opportunity to conduct Capitol Hill visits.

Young professionals and students in all areas of nuclear science and technology are encouraged to attend the workshop.
