Cancellation Policy
Please ensure your registration form is received before May 6, 2013. Registrations received after May 6 will not be listed on the conference participants list. A $75 cancellation fee will be applied to all refund requests on or before April 22. Unfortunately, refunds cannot be provided for cancellations received after April 22; however, we would be pleased to accept a substitute.

The hotel cutoff at the Grand Hyatt is April 22, 2013. Standard rooms at the Grand Hyatt are available for NEA attendees at a rate of $339. After April 22, the room rate will be at the discretion of the hotel. Please contact the hotel to make a reservation; identify yourself as an NEA attendee to receive the group rate.

TRANSPORTATION

Reagan National Airport (DCA), the closest airport to the hotel, is a 20-minute drive away. The blue line train on the Metro will take you from National Airport to the Metro Center station for approximately $2.10. Follow the 11th Street exit to the lobby of the Grand Hyatt. A taxi will cost approximately $15.

Dulles Airport (IAD) is a 45-minute drive to the hotel. A taxi from Dulles Airport to the Grand Hyatt will cost approximately $50. SuperShuttle and Airport Express provide shuttle service to the Grand Hyatt for $38 each way with no advance reservation.

Baltimore-Washington Airport (BWI) is a one-hour drive to the hotel. A taxi from BWI to the Grand Hyatt will cost approximately $65. SuperShuttle and Airport Express provide shuttle service to the Grand Hyatt for $30 each way with no advance reservation.

Parking is provided at the Grand Hyatt for $45 per day for valet, $32 for self-parking.
