Registration will begin at 8 a.m. outside theWashington Ballroom, located on the lower level of the Westin Georgetown hotel.

The Forum will be held in the hotel’s Washington Ballroom from 9:00 a.m. to 3:30 p.m.

NEI will host a buffet lunch at noon in the Westin Georgetown's Promenade room.

A reception will be held in Westin Georgetown's Promenade room from 4 to 5:30 p.m.

Business casual attire is appropriate for the Forum.

Registrations received after July 1 will increase by $100.

A $75 cancellation fee will be applied to all refund requests on or before July 8, 2013.Unfortunately, refunds cannot be provided for cancellations received after July 8; however, we would be pleased to accept a substitute.

Transportation
Reagan National Airport (DCA), the closest airport to the hotel, is a 20-minute drive away. The Metrorail subway (Blue Line) will take you from National Airport to the Foggy Bottom metro station near where the Westin Georgetown hotel is located. A taxi will cost approximately $15.
Dulles Airport (IAD) is a 45-minute drive to the hotel. A taxi from Dulles Airport to the Westin Georgetown hotel will cost approximately $50. SuperShuttle and Airport Express provide shuttle service to the Westin Georgetown for $25 each way with no advance reservation.
Baltimore-Washington Airport (BWI) is a one-hour drive to the hotel. A taxi from BWI to the Westin Georgetown hotel will cost approximately $60. SuperShuttle and Airport Express provide shuttle service to the Westin Georgetown for $30 each way with no advance reservation.
Parking is provided at the Westin Georgetown hotel for $8 per hour.
