The Nuclear Sector Coordinating Council and the Nuclear Energy Institute are sponsoring a Lessons Learned Workshop on Pandemic Preparedness. The main theme will be derived from various drills and table tops performed to date. It is also an opportunity to hear from leaders from the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention, Department of Homeland Security, the Nuclear Regulatory Commission, other Government Agencies, other Critical Infrastructure Sectors and challenges facing the nuclear industry from this potential challenge and how to plan for it.

To guarantee a room at this rate, you must make your reservation by July 18.  After this date, the price and room availability are at the discretion of the hotel. Hotel cancellations must be made 24 hours prior to scheduled arrival to avoid a room charge.

Travel Information

Airport
The Denver International Airport is approximately 25 miles from the Westin Tabor Center. The hotel occupies one block in the heart of downtown Denver on Lawrence Street and 17th Street, adjacent to the 16th Street Mall. Taxis cost approximately $50 one-way from the Denver International Airport.

Parking
Valet: This is available to hotel guests for $24 per day and includes in-and-out privileges.

Self Park: The rate for self-parking is maximum $17 per day. Enter the garage on the left side of Lawrence Street across from The Westin. After pulling the ticket, drive 180 degrees PAST the elevators on your right to the Tabor Center and continue until you see the door to The Westin lobby elevators on your left.
