Make your hotel reservation directly with the hotel by phone at 888.303.4430 or online and identify yourself as an attendee of the Used Fuel Management Conference to secure the room rate of $179.  To guarantee a room and these rates, the reservation must be made on or before April 15, 2013.

The room rate will be available until the cutoff date or once the block is full.  After this date the price and room availability are at the discretion of the hotel.  The room rate may be available three days prior and three days after the meeting based on availability.  Hotel cancellations must be made 72 hours prior to scheduled arrival to avoid a room charge.
Check-in is 4 p.m. and checkout is 11 a.m.

Conference Information

Registration will begin each day at 7:30 a.m.
Continental breakfast will be provided. Conference sessions will be held at the following times:

• Tuesday, 8:30 a.m.–5 p.m.
• Wednesday, 8:30 a.m.–5 p.m.
• Thursday, 8:30 a.m.–noon

NEI will host a welcoming reception at the hotel on Tuesday, May 9 at 6–7:30 p.m.

Please note that the starting times may be adjusted by 30 minutes. This page will be updated when the conference times are finalized.

NEI will provide lunch on Tuesday and Wednesday.

Business casual attire is appropriate.

Travel Information

Airport: Tampa International Airport (TPA) is approximately 19.5 miles and St. Petersburg-Clearwater International Airport (PIE) is approximately 12 miles from the Renaissance Vinoy.

Taxi: Taxis from the TPA are approximately $60 one way and from PIE are approximately $24 one way.
Guest Parking is $12 for self-park per night. Valet is $18 per night.
