The 2013 U.S. Women in Nuclear conference is ideal for individuals working in any aspect of nuclear energy, science and technology throughout the United States. The conference provides perspectives from national authorities on key issues, as well as ample professional development opportunities for attendees.

CONFERENCE INFORMATION
Registration will begin at 1 p.m. Sunday, July 21, and remain open during conference hours.
Conference sessions will be held at the following times:
Monday 8:30 a.m.–5:30 p.m.
Tuesday 8:30 a.m.–5 p.m.
Continental breakfast will be provided on Monday and Tuesday at 7 a.m. Lunch will be provided Monday and Tuesday.
U.S. Women in Nuclear will host an opening networking reception Sunday, July 21, 7:30-9 p.m.
The Special Event will be held from 7–10 p.m. on Monday, July 22. Transportation will be provided.
The conference adjourns at 5 p.m. Tuesday.
Business casual attire is appropriate for the meeting and all events.

Cancellation Poliy
Please ensure that your registration form is received by July 7, 2013. Registrations received after that day may not appear on the final participants list. A $75 cancellation fee will be applied to all refunds received on or before July 1, 2013. Unfortunately, refunds cannot be provided for cancellations received after July 1, 2013 however, we would be pleased to accept a substitute.

Change Management
Wednesday, July 24

You don’t manage change…..You Must Lead Change! During this session we will learn how to implement solid change management techniques and methods. Focus of the session will be on development and implementation for stakeholder’s’ analysis, communication and organizational behaviors to succeed with any type of change. During the training session we will practice change management techniques in a challenging learning environment. The session will be approximately 6 hours in duration, and a certificate of continuing education will be awarded.

The Swissôtel approximately 20 miles from Chicago O’Hare (ORD) and Chicago Midway (MDW)

Fares for taxis from O’Hare are approximately $45 and from Chicago Midway, around $30.
Shuttles
GO Airport Express is available from both O’Hare and Midway. The roundtrip fare for O’Hare is $58 and $48 from Midway.
