In this letter to President Obama on the loan guarantee program, several clean energy associations explain the administrative changes deemed necessary for a workable Title XVII loan guarantee program. NEI signed this letter along with the American Wind Energy Association, the Geothermal Energy Association, the Biomass Power Association, the National Hydropower Association, the Solar Energy Industries Association and the United States Clean Heat & Power Association.
