The Nuclear Energy Institute's annual briefing for the financial community was held February 19, 2010, in New York.  NEI President Marvin Fertel's presentation, "Nuclear Energy 2010:  A New Political Mandate" covered the dramatic change in the politics of nuclear energy in Washington over the last year; the outlook for energy policy and nuclear energy in 2010; an assessment of progress toward new nuclear plant construction; and 2009 nuclear industry performance and trends.
