A solid majority of Americans continues to hold favorable views of nuclear energy and believes that electric companies should prepare now for new nuclear energy facilities to be built. This memo highlights the results of a public opinion survey conducted Feb. 8-10, 2013 by Bisconti Research, Inc. with GfK Roper. This survey included telephone interviews with 1,000 nationally representative U.S. adults and has a margin of error of plus or minus three percentage points.
