Georgia State Senate Resolution in Support of New Nuclear Power Plants, March 6, 2006

The Georgia State Senate passed a resolution “urging electric utillities to consider building new nuclear power plants in Georgia” because they “produce electricity at a stable price at high levels of safety and reliability, while emitting no greenhouse or acid rain gases.”
