The deadline to reserve a room in the room block is Friday, June 19, 2026. Rooms may sellout before the June 19 deadline; once the block is full or the deadline passes, prevailing rates and availability are at the hotel’s discretion—early booking is strongly encouraged.
Hotel cancellations must be made 24 hours prior to scheduled arrival to avoid a room charge. The room rate will be available three days prior and three days after the meeting. Check-in is at 4 p.m. Check-out is at 11 a.m.
