Make your hotel reservation by Friday, June 19 and identify yourself as an attendee of the Nuclear Energy Institute to secure the group rate. Prior to or upon check-in, a one-night's room and tax charge will be billed to your credit card as a deposit.
We encourage attendees to reserve your room before the reservation deadline. If the room block sells out before the reservation deadline, the discounted rate will no longer apply. After June 19 or if the room block sell out before June 19, it is at the hotel's discretion to accept additional reservations, which will be subject to prevailing rates and availability.
Hotel cancellations must be made 24 hours prior to scheduled arrival to avoid a room charge. The room rate will be available three days prior and three days after the meeting. Check-in is at 4 p.m. Check-out is at 11 a.m.
