Applicability Determination Change Control Process Training

This one-day virtual training course provides specialized training on performing Applicability Determinations to identify the proper change control regulatory process(es) to make changes to nuclear facilities and procedures. To reduce duplication of effort, 10 CFR 50.59(c)(4) specifically excludes from the scope of 10 CFR 50.59 changes that are controlled by other more specific requirements and criteria established by regulation.

Examples include changing quality assurance, security, and emergency plans. While several alternative regulations are addressed, special emphasis is given to identifying maintenance activities. Numerous examples are reviewed to reinforce key concepts.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellations received in writing on or before October 7, 2026, will be assessed an administrative fee equal to 10% of the amount paid for registration. Unfortunately, refunds cannot be provided for cancellations received after October 7; however, we would be pleased to accept a substitute.
