Attendees should reserve their hotel reservation online by October 21, 2025, to secure the group rate of $159/night. Please add the code NDF992 in the group code section of the reservation page after choosing your dates.
After this date, the room and rate availability are at the discretion of the hotel. Prior to or upon check-in, a one-night's room and tax charge will be billed to your credit card as a deposit.
Hotel cancellations must be made 72 hours prior to scheduled arrival to avoid a room charge. The room rate will be available three days prior and three days after the meeting. Check-in is at 4 p.m. Check-out is at 11 a.m.

Approximate price of ride share from each location is about $100.Bus Services
Bus service is provided by Plymouth and Brockton Bus Service. Attendees can pick up the bus at Logan Airport and take the bus to the Plymouth Information Center, just outside the city. From there it is an easy uber ride to the Hotel 1620.Fares are $34 each way and must be purchased online at the Plymouth and Boston website.
Unfortunately, there is no bus service available from T.F. Green Airport in Providence.
