Cancellation Policy
Registrations received after October 14, 2025, will not appear on the final participants list. A $150 cancellation fee will be applied to all refunds received on or before October 14, 2025. Unfortunately, refunds cannot be provided for cancellations received after October 14; however, we would be pleased to accept a substitute.
