Cancellation Policy
Registrations received after July. 11, 2025, will not appear on the final participants list. A $250 cancellation fee will be applied to all refunds received on or before July. 11, 2025. Unfortunately, refunds cannot be provided for cancellations received after July 11; however, we would be pleased to accept a substitute.
