NOTE: These FAQs apply to conferences where a group discount is being offered.

Q: How does the group discount work?
A: To qualify for a group discount, your organization must register a minimum number of attendees at full price. Once the minimum is met, additional attendees will receive a discount:

  • Register 5 attendees at full price → Get 10% off for up to 4 additional registrations
  • Register 10 attendees at full price → Get 15% off for up to 4 additional registrations
  • Register 15 attendees at full price → Get 20% off for up to 4 additional registrations

Q: Can I combine the group discount with other promotions or promo codes?
A: No, the group discount cannot be combined with other promotional codes.

Q: How will the discount appear during registration?
A: Once you add six or more attendees to your shopping cart, the appropriate percentage discount will be automatically applied before checkout.

Q: Do all attendees need to have an active profile before registering?
A: Yes, all attendees must have an active profile created before registering for the group discount. Ensuring that each participant has a completed and active profile in advance will help streamline the registration process and prevent delays at checkout.

Q: What if my company wants to register more than 20 attendees?
A: You can complete multiple transactions to utilize the group discount for additional attendees.

Q: Can I add more people to my group later and still receive the discount?
A: No, the discount is only applied during the initial transaction. Additional registrations made separately will not qualify for the discount.

Q: Do all attendees in my group need to register in the same transaction?
A: Yes, all attendees must be registered in the same transaction to qualify for the group discount. Additional attendees cannot be added later to receive the discount.

Q: Can I substitute a registrant if someone from my team can’t attend?
A: Yes! We allow name substitutions at no additional cost. Please email our Registration Team with the details of the substitution at least 14 buisness days before the event.

Q: Is there a deadline to take advantage of the group discount?
A: There is no official deadline for the group discount; however, we strongly encourage large groups to register at least 14 buisness days before the event.
