NEI has a select number of discounted group rate at the JW Marriott By the Galleria Hotel. The current group rate is $229 single/double plus 17.82% sales/room tax per room night. Please note the tax rate is subject to change without notice. The last day to make a reservation at the group rate is Monday, Sept. 21, 2026.
We encourage attendees to reserve their room before the reservation deadline. If the room block sells out before the reservation deadline or if reservations are made after the cut-off date, it is at the hotel's discretion to accept additional reservations, which will be subject to prevailing rates and room availability.
If you need to cancel your hotel reservation, please do so at least 72 hours prior to arrival.
**Additional rooms will be added to the Sunday night room block. In the meantime, please reserve your other room nights and email Michelle Montgomery to request that Sunday night be added to your reservation.
