Cancellation Policy
To cancel your registration, you must send your request to cancel by email to the conference registrar. A $250 cancellation fee will be applied to all cancellation requests received on or before Friday, Oct. 2. Unfortunately, refunds cannot be provided for cancellations received after Oct. 2; however, we would be pleased to accept a substitute at any time.
Registrations received after Oct. 2, 2026, will not appear on the final participants list.
