Online Reservations

NEI has a discounted group rate at the Paris Las Vegas. The group rate is $109 single/double plus tax and resort fee of $20. Please note the tax rate is subject to change without notice. The last day to make a reservation at the group rate is January 16, 2026.

We encourage attendees to reserve their room before the reservation deadline. If the room block sells out before the reservation deadline or if reservations are made after the cut-off date, it is at the hotel's discretion to accept additional reservations, which will be subject to prevailing rates and room availability.

Hotel cancellations must be made 72 hours prior to scheduled arrival to avoid a room charge. The room rate will be available three days prior and three days after the meeting. Check-in is at 4 p.m. Check-out is at 11 a.m. 

Important Note: NEI does not have a relationship with any housing entity and no company is authorized to act on NEI’s behalf to book hotel rooms or provide other conference services. Travel and Transportation

Airport

Harry Reid International Airport (LAS) is about 4 miles from the conference hotel.  

Uber/Lyft

Approximate price of ride share to the hotel is about $25-$35.

Taxi

Las Vegas uses a zone system for Taxi cabs from the airport.  The zone fee to Paris is $25.

Discounted Airfare

NEI has partnered with United Airlines to provide our meeting attendees with discounted fares. To receive a discount, you may make your flight reservations online or call 800.426.1122 for assistance using fare class Z and promotion number ZRH8253881  Booking fees are waived for meeting reservations.
