Cancellation Policy
Registrations received after January 30 , 2026, will not appear on the final participants list. A $150 cancellation fee will be applied to all refunds received on or before January 16, 2026. Unfortunately, refunds cannot be provided for cancellations received after January 16; however, we would be pleased to accept a substitute.
