Make your reservations by Monday, April 13, 2026, to guarantee the room rate of $369 for a single/double. After this date, the room rate is at the hotel's discretion. Rooms are limited. Make your reservation early. Upon making your reservation, inform the hotel that you are an attendee of the Nuclear Energy Institute to receive the group rate.
We encourage attendees to reserve a room before the reservation deadline. If the room block sells out before the reservation deadline or if you attempt to reserve a room at the discounted rate after the cut-off date, it is at the hotel's discretion to accept additional reservations. After the deadline, rooms will be subject to prevailing rates and availability.
Hotel cancellations must be made 24 hours prior to your scheduled arrival date (before 11:59 p.m. local hotel time) to avoid a penalty of one night's room and tax. Check-in is at 3 p.m. Check out is at noon.
