NEI is pleased to offer conference attendees a discounted group rate of $169 per single/double room a night.(plus applicable taxes and fees). Please note applicable tax rate and fees are subject to change without notice.
The deadline to reserve a room in the room block is Wednesday, July 8. Rooms may sell out before the July 8 deadline; once the block is full or the deadline passes, prevailing rates and availability are at the hotel’s discretion—early booking is strongly encouraged.
Hotel check-in is at 4 p.m. and check-out is at 11 a.m. Early check-in and late check-out options may be available for an additional fee during the booking process.
Hotel Cancellation Policy: The hotel requires notice of cancellation of at least 48 hours prior to your scheduled arrival date to avoid a one night's room and tax charge.

The nearest airport to the conference hotel is the Reagan Washington National Airport Airport (DCA) which is 11 miles away.
Discounted Airfare
NEI has partnered with United Airlines to provide discounted airfare for our conference attendees. To receive a discount, you can make flight reservations online or call 800.426.1122 for assistance using fare class: Z and promotion number ZRH8253881. Booking fees are waived for meeting reservations. You can reference online instructions for additional information.
Hotel Parking
The hotel offers both self and valet parking. The cost of valet parking is $50 per night and Self-parking is $30 per night.
Overnight self parking is available at a discounted rate of $20 for the first 10 attendees!
