Cancellation Policy
All cancellations must be received in writing. You may cancel your registration by sending an email to the conference registrar. A $150 cancellation fee will be applied to all refunds received on or before Monday, June 1. Unfortunately, refunds cannot be provided for cancellations received after June 1; however, we would be pleased to accept a substitute.
Registrations received after June 13, 2025, will not appear on the final participant list.
Continuing Education Credits
Continuing Education Credits are available for the Workshop and Training Course sessions and may be applied toward certification requirements through the American Board of Health Physics (ABHP).
