About the Forum

The nuclear industry is at an inflection point with the sustainment of the existing fleet and the dawn of advanced reactor deployments. Change is happening rapidly, and suppliers must be positioned for success to meet the needs of their customers, both old and new. This landscape provides an opportunity to convene key players in the nuclear industry to shed light on the prospects and challenges they see as the industry grows. 

Who Should Attend?

NEI members and nonmembers interested in solutions that will bolster their nuclear supply chain business, whether they are innovating for the operating fleet or preparing to support the industry in building advanced reactors. 

Schedule of Events

Please note that Day 1 of the Supplier Forum will take place at the Grand Hyatt Washington. Day 2 of the Supplier Forum will be held at the JW Marriott Washington DC.

Registration Information

Cancellation Policy

All cancellations must be provided in writing to [email protected].  A $125 cancellation fee will be applied to all cancellations and/or refunds on or before Friday, May 5, 2023. Unfortunately, refunds cannot be provided for cancellations received after May 5; however we would be pleased to accept a substitute.

The room block is now closed. Book your hotel room by Monday, April 24 and identify yourself as an attendee of the Nuclear Energy Institute to secure the group rate. After this date, the room and rate availability are at the discretion of the hotel. Prior to or upon check-in, a one-night room and tax charge will be billed to your credit card as a deposit.

Hotel cancellations must be made 72 hours prior to scheduled arrival to avoid a room charge. Check-in is at 4 p.m. Check-out is at 11 a.m.

Important Note: NEI does not have a relationship with any housing entity and no company is authorized to act on NEI’s behalf to book hotel rooms or provide other conference services. If you receive a call from a representative of Exhibitors Housing Management or any other company regarding your hotel booking, please immediately contact NEI conference department staff at [email protected].
