NEI is pleased to offer conference attendees an overflow block at the Sheraton Grand Hotel, located 0.3 miles from Hyatt Regency Seattle. The discounted group rate is offered at $269 per single/double room a night (plus applicable taxes and fees).
The deadline to reserve a room in the room block is Monday, July 15, 2026. Rooms may sellout before the July 15 deadline; once the block is full or the deadline passes, prevailing rates and availability are at the hotel’s discretion—early booking is strongly encouraged.
Hotel check-in is at 4 p.m. and check-out is at 11 a.m. Early check-in and late check-out options may be available for an additional fee during the booking process.
Hotel Cancellation Policy: The hotel requires notice of cancellation of at least 48 hours prior to your scheduled arrival date to avoid a one night's room and tax charge.
