Rate: $274 single/double, $25 resort fee
Book your hotel reservation by Friday, April 17 and identify yourself as an attendee of the Nuclear Energy Institute to secure the group rate. After this date, the room and rate availability are at the discretion of the hotel. Prior to or upon check-in, a one-night's room and tax charge (currently 15% plus $5 GA Hotel Fee and $2.50 Occupancy Fee) will be billed to your credit card as a deposit.
Note: Resort fee is $25. Your confirmation will list the resort fee at $37.95. It will be corrected when you check-in to the hotel.
Hotel cancellations must be made 72 hours prior to scheduled arrival to avoid a room charge. The room rate will be available three days prior and three days after the meeting. Check-in is at 4 p.m. Check-out is at 11 a.m.
There are limited number of government rate rooms available at the Westin. Please contact Ken Morton at [email protected] to book those rooms.
