How do I sign up for an NEI account?

  • Please click here to create a new account. Be sure to use your company email and to associate yourself with your company in order to be recognized as a member and receive member benefits. Using personal email accounts will delay access to member benefits.

What if I forget my username or password?

  • Your username will be the email you signed up with, and a password reset email can be generated at any time by clicking on this link.
  • Please be advised that all users who are logging in for the first time after March 1st, 2021 will be required to update their passwords.

Why didn’t I get my password reset email?

The most common reasons a password reset email doesn’t make it to your inbox are:
  • The correct email hasn’t been entered in the email field
  • The email is going to your spam box
  • Your company’s IT filters are blocking emails from NEI. If this is the case, your IT team will have to lift those restrictions for the email to come through.

I got an error message, what does it mean?

User Not Approved
  • This means that you weren't attached correctly to your company in the database, whether because a non company email was used to create the account or this step was skipped in account creation. Please email [email protected] so we can confirm your details and approve the account.
The information that NEI has on file for you needs to be updated.
  • Please contact us to verify your information so that we can reinstate access.

Why was my access denied to a page?

  • Some parts of NEI’s website are only available to employees of member companies. If you aren’t sure if your company is a member, please view our roster here.
  • If you are a member and are still getting the access denied message, your information may be out of date or require verification—please contact us at [email protected].

How do I find information about conferences or conference registrations? 

  • Please email [email protected] for any conference related requests and a representative from the conferences team should respond to you within 48 hours.
