EB 16-21: Protective Strategy Modifications

This efficiency bulletin is intended to provide licensees with a process to evaluate the security staffing levels necessary to implement the protective strategy and conduct day-to-day operations. When completed, the staffing analyses performed in accordance with this bulletin should identify overstaffing and opportunities for more efficient security staffing. This process can be used in conjunction with computer modeling or as a stand-alone exercise.
