NEI, along with the National Association of Regulatory Utility Commissioners and the Nuclear Waste Strategy Coalition, sent a letter to Secretary Perry urging the Department of Energy to provide an accurate and clear annual report of the Nuclear Waste Fund status to the nation’s electric customers and taxpayers.
