Beginning in 2026, organizations registering six or more attendees are eligible for a special group registration discount.
Sending multiple team members allows organizations to build shared knowledge, strengthen program alignment and bring valuable insights back to their sites.

- Register 5 attendees at full price → Get 10% off for up to 4 additional registrations
- Register 10 attendees at full price → Get 15% off for up to 4 additional registrations
- Register 15 attendees at full price → Get 20% off for up to 4 additional registrations

Cancellation Policy
Attendees have the option of canceling their registration at their own discretion. A $250 cancellation fee will be applied to all refunds received on or before June 12, 2026. Unfortunately, refunds cannot be provided for cancellations received after June 12; however, we would be happy to welcome a substitute attendee in your place.
