CANCELLATION POLICY

A $175 cancellation fee will be applied to all refunds received on or before Friday, May 31, 2024. Unfortunately, refunds cannot be provided for cancellations received after May 31. However, we would be pleased to accept a substitute attendee in your place.

We are delighted to offer our conference attendees a discounted group rate at the Minneapolis Marriott City Center. The deadline to book your hotel room is Wednesday, May 29, 2024. After this date, room and rate availability are at the discretion of the hotel.

We encourage attendees to reserve your room before the reservation deadline. If the room block sells out before the deadline, the discounted rate will no longer apply.

If reservations are made after the cut-off date or if the room block sells out before the reservation deadline, it is at the hotel's discretion to accept additional reservations, which will be subject to prevailing rates and room availability.

If you need to cancel your reservation, please do so at least 48 hours prior to your arrival.
