NEI Elects Members to Board of Directors and Executive Committee

WASHINGTON, D.C.—The Nuclear Energy Institute (NEI) announces the election of several industry leaders to its Board of Directors and Executive Committee. The elections took place on October 22, 2024, during the organization’s Board of Directors meeting.

Newly elected to both the Board of Directors and Executive Committee:

• Craig Ranson, president and CEO, GE Vernova
• Tony Robinson, president and CEO, Framatome Inc.

Newly elected to the Board of Directors:

• Eric Chassard, president and CEO, Bruce Power

Additionally, re-elected to the Executive Committee:

• Bill Fehrman, president and CEO, American Electric Power
• John Ketchum, chairman, president and CEO, NextEra Energy

The NEI Board of Directors is composed of leaders from companies that hold licenses to operate nuclear energy facilities and representatives from other companies involved in commercial nuclear technologies. Members of the Executive Committee are selected from the NEI Board of Directors.
